If this doesn't say "American!" I don't know what does!  The flag appears to be war torn because of the condition of the individual barbules within the feather, yet the eagle remains defiant!  Painted on two wild Eastern Turkey tail feathers.  The base of the shafts are adorned with body feathers.  The feathers are matted and framed in a shadow box.
